As most tracks have a demo to ascertain if it is the correct key you require then we are unable change
the track should you purchase one in the wrong key unless the track, in the A - Z section, does not have
a demo to listen to before purchasing.
We will not make refunds in cases where, after receiving a track in the digital form, you decide that you
do not want it or it is not exact in every detail as the original artistes version is. In such cases Pay Pal will
not support a refund claim for a digital delivery.
However should you receive a digitally downloaded track that is defective in its recording in any way
then we will replace it with the same track but without the defect being present.
If we are unable to rectify a fault within 24 hours we will refund the full amount paid for that track.
